Having general knowledge about computers is a great start! In this class, enhance your skills by diving deeper into computer knowledge. Get more familiar with the keyboard, learn to print, and develop a better understanding of that mess of cords that flows out of the back of your computer. Most importantly, learn to protect yourself with computer safety.
Prerequisites
Customers who attended Basic Computer Skills 1 will have built the needed skills to attend this workshop. If customers did not attend Basic Computer Skills 1, then in order to join this workshop they should have a general understanding of the components of a computer. They should be able to use a mouse and have confience in their ability to use a keyboard. Customers should be comfortable accessing the internet and opening applications.
