Van/ Bus/ Charter Drivers - Will Train

What Is The Opportunity?
We have several part time openings available for School bus, Van and Charter drivers.
Openings are in Westford, Tyngsboro, Ayer, Shirley, and other surrounding towns.

Unusual chance to work a split shift of morning and afternoon and have your
mid-day four hours free to do other things, errands, shopping, etc.

Typical day is 6:15am to 9am and then again from 1:30pm to 4pm.
A very few positions are available for just morning or just afternoon hours.

Actual number of hours depends on the route you are driving, though
25 is an average number of part time hours per week.

Extra hours are available to drive for weekend weddings, charter bus routes and
other special events. During summer we offer summer camps as well.

The Compensation Package
Westford and Tyngsboro School Bus drivers start at over $25 per hour.

This is a company that believes in BONUSES!
There is a sign-on bonus paid in two parts.
There is an employee referral bonus.
There is a monthly performance bonus.
And a year-end bonus possible also.
Plus the paid sick days and paid holidays.

Requirements
We offer 60 hours paid training (via reimbursement after you start driving)
for you to study for your CDL-Class B license with a Passenger & School Bus Endorsement
which is required to drive a bus.

A 7D license is required to drive a passenger van.
So you must have one of these two licenses

Must have a clean driving record and Cori
Subject to Random Drug and Alcohol testing

Who Are You?
Many mothers choose to drive so they are on a similar schedule to their children in school, including the
vacation weeks and Christmas and summer breaks.
This is an excellent way to supplement your pension, and so many retirees are driving.
Finally, students of all ages, over 19 ½ with three years licensed driving experience, find this a good job to do and have time to study.
