Looking to hire full time landscape help.
Landscape experience is preferred but not needed.
Job Pays $18-$25 depending heavily on your past landscaping experience and productivity.
Transportation and on time arrival to and from work is required to be in place to get the job.
    
Dr. Mulch Landscape Supply LLC specializes in short distance/ local deliveries of bulk landscape materials for residential and commercial uses. Materials are loaded into truck primarily with front end loaders. Loader operators also oversee keeping material yard clean and materials neatly piled in designated areas. Operators are responsible to make sure trucks are loaded properly in accordance with employers' specifications.
-Ability to work well with foreman and drivers to complete orders.
-Ability to interact with customers in yard when needed to educate or assist in answering questions relating to products or services offered.
-Ability to operate machinery in a safe and respectful manner to insure a safe work environment..

Dr. Mulch has been in business for 28 years; we are stable and growing.
We believe in a career ladder and will start someone as a laborer,  help them study and earn their CDL-B, pay for their test, license and DOT card; and then go on to the hoisting and hydraulics licenses so they can earn more dollars per hour. We also evaluate your contribution regularly so you don't have to wait a year to get a raise of $1.00 or more per hour. Raises come to you as your performance increases.

If you have the drive to learn how to operate more equipment then you will drive your salary up.
