No prior experience necessary. Inexperienced candidates will be trained by ADI?s training team and experienced manufacturing associates in the assembly process and quality requirements.
Position Overview:
Analog Devices Inc., Chelmsford Massachusetts facility is looking for Manufacturing Assembly Associates to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems.
We are looking for microwave electronics assemblers and inspectors:
Inexperienced and experienced people will both be considered for multiple positions across the manufacturing organization. Placement and compensation will be determined by current skillset and experience
Flexible shift Schedules: First, Second and Split shift positions available
All applicants must be team players highly motivated to learn the complex assembly requirements of microwave systems.
This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work on delicate parts utilizing a microscope.
Communication skills and a high energy and commitment to quality products are extremely important.
This role includes working on continuous improvement teams along with development engineering and manufacturing.
All candidates will have the opportunity to be trained in soldering to IPC-610 as well as other skills using internal resources and certified outside trainers.

Requirements: The Manufacturing Assembly Associate position requires a high school diploma. A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.
Must be a US citizen and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance.
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and documentation.
Operation of a computer
Commitment to learn and develop new skills
Possible security clearance required (application will be done through ADI)

Specific Responsibilities:
Assembles medium and highly complex electronic microwave components and modules with guidance from senior assemblers.
Will work closely with experienced operators and engineers in the manufacture (die attach, wire bond, inspection, and other manufacturing) of high-performance communications electronics.
The associate will perform both manual and automated electronics assembly manufacturing which requires the use of a microscope.
