Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist
Several positions available!!!!  $16/hr. to start!

o    Provide Service Excellence to both internal and external members. Meet service expectations as outlined in Service Excellence Scorecard
o    Meet expectations for all contact center related statistics, including but not limited to, measurement of Available Time, Schedule Adherence, AUX Time and After Call Work
o    Help to meet the financial needs of new and existing members by building strong relationships and recognizing potential referral opportunities and successfully completing qualified referrals of DCU products and services
o    Participate in performance development by being receptive to constructive coaching feedback from Team Leaders, Managers and Peers
o    Foster teamwork and strive to strengthen relationships between the Information Center and staff in support departments
o    Accurately process transactions, file maintenance and all other member requests
o    Make process improvement recommendations in an effort to improve the efficiency of operations in the Information Center and/or other areas of the credit union
o    Specialized Skill Team:
o    Receive additional training on specialized areas of the credit union
o    Assist internal and external callers with questions, transactions and file maintenance pertaining to those specialized areas
o    Work directly with support areas on more complex issues
o    Provide regular feedback to management team regarding additional training needs or system access
o    Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

Requirements
o    Must have some customer service experience (candidates with retail experience are encouraged to apply).
o    Hours are: 2 days a week 12-9, 3 days a week 9-6 (some flexibility with what days).
o    MUST work every other Saturday 9-3, the weeks you do this you will receive another week day off.
o    Locations: Marlboro, Chelmsford, or Lowell (candidates local to Lowell can request that location but there is NO parking).
o    Training classes start every other Monday, candidates will have 7 days of general DCU training. Once you complete DCU training you will receive training specific to your role (training time is dependent on how quick you pick things up). All of the training is paid.
o    Must be able to pass a credit and background check (some leeway with poor credit if it is due to a medical issue).
