Responsibilities
* Provide daily on-site inspection and oversite of the field construction, validate contractor work schedule, document progress and photograph activities.
* Observe all tests and verify that all testing requirements are met by the contractor.
* Attend all progress and construction meetings.
Participate in weekly construction progress meetings with the construction contractor
Schedule a quarterly meeting with the HNC contracting officer and the COR to review the status of the Construction Management Services portion of the task order.
Provide meeting minutes and distribute transcripts to all participants within two (2) calendar days for review and concurrence.
Ensure that minutes of all construction site meetings are included/documented in the contractor's daily report
* Prepare digital photo documentation including photo documentation of site(s) and building(s) under investigation, field activities and sample locations.
* Notify the 35CES (35th Civil Engineering Squadron) of critical issues that may affect the contract performance and/or the human health and environment.
* Notify the 35CES by telephone within 24 hours and inwriting within 72 hours of any work that does not meet contract requirements.
* Provide daily briefing to the Project Manager of observed site conditions and all active activities identified by contractor's QC.
