What You'll Accomplish:
Our Consumer Affairs team, based in our Tewksbury, MA global headquarters, is made up of professionals who understand the difference our products make in the lives of pets. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Consumer Affairs, you will have the opportunity to:
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective handling of traditional consumer contact channels: phone, email, chat, text, and social.
Provide appropriate and customer-centric solutions by researching and resolving consumer inquiries, issues, and needs
Develop strong relationships with our R&D, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams through daily interactions

In addition, for this specific role, we are seeking an individual who possesses:
Previous customer service experience in a consumer products company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, specifically experience using a web-based consumer database system and MS office tools
Excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
