Job Description
The Automotive Account Manager provides exceptional service while maintaining, retaining, and growing customer accounts. They foster the customer relationship and drive additional business with our customers.  They are responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company.  Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.  This is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating all aspects of client interaction, project management, and seeking out opportunities to provide additional value through enhanced services.

Responsibilities:
1.    Builds strong customer relationships to maintain existing business and develop new opportunities, identifying the benefits of available products/services, resulting in sales volume growth.
2.    Analyzes target market and develops strategies for retaining current and acquiring new
business.
3.    Acts as the customer?s representative to ensure prompt and professional customer responses are being provided to facilitate continuous improvement in the customer experience.
4.    Collaborates with customer to identify product and service requirements, and internally to ensure our systems support or exceed those expectations.
5.    Directs customer inquiries, orders, and requests to the appropriate internal channels and acts as a focal point between internal and external activities.
6.    Solicitates, compiles, and internally reports on customer feedback on products and services.
7.    Maintains accurate client records, keeping track of all contract updates, contract renewals, and pricing updates.
8.    Tracks customer concerns thru to resolution, and partners with internal departments to ensure corrective action are being implemented.
9.    Tracks and reports Domestic and International sales revenue metrics.
10.    Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
11.    Thoroughly understands our full product portfolio and technicalities to offer after-sales support.
12.    Assists Finance Department in the collection of delinquent accounts.

Experience and Skills:
-    Bachelor's degree required and min three years? experience in B2B sales, customer service or a customer-facing role.
-    Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal.
-    Goal-oriented with strong drive to succeed.
-    Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
-    Expert multi-tasker with a self-starter attitude.
