Position Summary:
Awake Overnight Recovery Specialist- Part-Time
During the assigned shift 11pm-8am the Awake Overnight Recovery Specialist ensures the safety and well-being of the program and residents by conducting safety checks, monitoring building, and providing a supportive recovery environment.
·Remain awake throughout the shift to ensure the safety of residents and building.
·Observes and reports all safety and security concerns to appropriate authorities.
·Responsible for completing all necessary checklist and paperwork in a timely manner.
·Responsible for documenting notes in a communication log throughout the shift and noting any incidents that occurred during the shift to ensure regular communication with the team.
·Promote an environment that protects the residents¿ rights and maintain the confidentiality of the residents¿ related information
·Ability to be flexible to perform all duties based on the residents needs and schedule.
·Respond appropriately to residents and act as a role model.
·Complete all required trainings and independent duties assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:
·Monitor the dispensing of medication by following protocol.
·Responsible for completion of necessary paperwork.
·Maintain weekly counts of medications to ensure accuracy of supplies.
·Adhere to all policies and procedures.
·Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and annual TB screening.
·Performs other duties as assigned.
