The Town of Billerica seeks applicants for the positions of Maintenance Summer Help

Duties
:  Perform a variety of cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors and windows; replaces light bulbs; moving furniture as needed; sweeps, shovels and removes outside debris.  



Requirements
Ability to follow written and oral directions and to read and follow instructions on chemical labels as required.  Must be able to perform a wide variety of physical duties including lifting maintenance materials as required without difficulty.  Ability to work independently. Position requires consistent contact with the general public and co-workers. Must be able to work effectively with residents and co-workers.


Salary:
Salary:        $17.50/hr

Hours:        Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
