Where You'll be Working
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at our facility located at:
Foundry Industrial Park,
1 Foundry St.
Lowell, MA 01852-5135

How You'll Perform the Role

This position is the internal sales "expert" for a wholesale facility, handling customer inquiries and determining their product needs.? This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.

Handle customer inquiries via telephone by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications and process telephone orders accordingly
Run customer orders through Custom Order Entry at time order is placed.
Assist customers by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
Ensure customers? quality and service expectations are met
Act as liaison between customer, sales rep, and store staff
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Follow designated loss prevention, security and safety practices according to policy and correct or report non-compliance of appropriate procedures/policies.

Our Must Haves - These are our Minimum Requirements

18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status.
Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required, with or without reasonable accommodation
The Company provides training on how to operate machinery such as hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts. Once trained, must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely operate this equipment
Ability to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone, with or without reasonable accommodation

High school diploma or equivalent of a high school diploma
Associate degree or higher education
Previous selling experience and strong customer relations skills
