Job Description

Box Office ticket sellers are responsible for processing ticket orders for UMass Lowell Athletics events (basketball and hockey), family shows, special events, and concerts hosted by the Tsongas Center. This is a customer-facing, customer service-heavy position. Positions are available for event-specific shifts.
