We are hiring an SAP Support Analyst in our Waltham, MA facility or Billerica, MA facility to support our SAP Manufacturing & Distribution needs in all Nova US Plants and potentially Nova Subsidiaries. You will also provide backup to the Manager of Manufacturing Process Excellence as needed and lead projects to implement new functionality and improve processes related to SAP. This is a fully on-site position.

Additional responsibilities include:

Provide SAP functional support:
-    Work closely with functional areas to identify and fix issues related to master data and
     transactions in SAP
-    Lead projects to implement new functionality and improve processes within SAP
-    Assess and propose process improvements related to SAP
-    Develop and maintain SAP scripts

Deliver classroom and On-the-Job Training (OJT) events specific to SAP:
-    Basic Navigation in SAP
-    Inventory Management
-    BOMs and Routings
-    Purchasing
-    Planning
-    Warehouse Management
-    Manufacturing Production Orders
-    Quality Management

Maintain Master Data:
-    Material master updates
-    Update batch management and batch determination records
-    Update Warehouse Management locations and strategies
-    Update Control Cycles
-    Close production orders monthly and work with production on aging, partially confirmed
     production orders
-    Maintain manufacturer part numbers
-    Execute mass updates as required by functional areas
-    Create material and storage bin labels for warehouse management support

Reporting & Metrics:
-    Run periodic reports on inventory storage types and locations; aging warehouse management
     transactions, aging returns, etc. and work with applicable departments to fix issues that are
     found
-    Deliver training to specific individuals and departments

Qualifications:
-    Bachelor's degree required or High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of
     experience within Manufacturing operations
-    Minimum three years of experience using SAP in a Manufacturing operation
-    Experience with Purchasing or Planning or Master Data or Warehouse functions within SAP
