Contract to Hire

Daily Activities:
-    Operate equipment in a processing operation
-    Perform precision bending and cutting
-    Perform trimming using machine equipment
-    Measure and check raw materials or parts to ensure product manufactured
     contains proper components, ingredients and quantities
-    Perform bending/machine shop operations from work order instructions
-    Perform basic math on work orders
-    Use hand, power tools and measuring tools i.e. venires, calipers, height gauges
-    Read blueprints
-    Communicates print errors/red lines with lead to be resolved with engineer
-    Perform peer inspections
-    Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows
     prescribed safety regulations
-    English verbal and written communication skills
-    Professional in behavior and appearance
-    Dependable and punctual
-    Possess good math skills
-    Basic computer skills in a windows environment
-    Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; anything over that requires a two-person lift, or
     other lifting equipment
-    Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
     perception and adjusting focus

Required PPE:
-    Rubber gloves and safety glasses when working with chemicals

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Technical High school Diploma
2-3 years of related experience preferred
