Reason for Opening: Looking to add to the existing team
Location: REMOTE but need to pick up equipment in Marlborough, MA. Needs to get to Marlborough for the 1st day then fully remote. Paid for a full 8 hours day to pick up equipment
Schedule: They have training classes every 2 weeks on Tuesdays
4 Week training program will be 8:30a-5p - Training is 100% attendance and on camera, if your candidate cannot commit to 4 weeks 100% they will be pushed to the next class. Obviously, things happen but if they have anything planned for a long weekend or such we need to know.
After Training schedule is 9:30a-6p -90 Day probationary period needs to make sure candidates give a heads up if they will be taking some time off.
$17 - this will be a candidate with some experience who will work remote after picking up equipment
$18 - This candidate will need to either have a bachelor's degree or be bilingual in one of the following Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole (be careful on this one they are not looking for the Cape Verde form of Haitian Creole).
Type: Starts as a 90 day temporary job, and reserach is under way to make the temporaries permanent.

A Pittsburgh PA based company that recently landed the MA Health Contract to handle 100% of Medicaid calls since taking on the contract they looking to grow this call center by 100+ employees by Aug.
Ideal candidates will have some call center experience or some experience in healthcare. Once hired they will be put on either the Eligibility and Apps team or the Health Plan team. The Eligibility and Apps team will be handling questions around eligibility, the process, and will actually help people through the app. On the Health Plan team they will be helping with changes in callers plan, change of PCP, help find the best plan, etc.
4-week training program that is 100% on camera. Candidates need to be comfortable with working the whole 8 hours it is a very high-volume call center and they will be expected to take a few minutes to put in notes and on to the next call. Depending on the call topics you may have over 100 calls a day or 50 calls a day. Please set the expectation that they are moving from one call to the next as quickly as possible.
