Job Description
Nova Biomedical is hiring a Customer Service Representative (TEMPORARY) at our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA Facility. The hours are 9:30 A.M - 6:00 P.M. This position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs) providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, and creating new customer accounts. Other responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view
- Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
- Process orders received via email and EDI in SAP
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
- Process credit cards
- Satisfy customer requests for price quotations
- Create new customer accounts in SAP
- Resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills are a must
- Fluency in English
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
- Previous SAP experience preferred
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years of related office or customer service experience
