Lowell School Department is currently hiring for Cafeteria Workers. .

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To serve the students and staff nutritious and attractive meals in an atmosphere of
  efficiency, cleanliness and warmth while helping to advance the mission and vision of
  Lowell Public Schools.
- School foodservice employees in an individual school are responsible for the preparation
  and serving of all menu items.
- Light prep work, portioning menu items and assisting students with meal selection.
- Additional responsibilities include cleaning and dishwashing, as well as the care of some
  equipment.

OTHER REQUIRMENTS
- Background and Drug Test
- Customer service is an important aspect of this position.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
