Director of First Impressions/Sales/Customer Service
Location: Hammar's Studios, Dracut MA
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Director of First Impressions, with a focus on sales and customer service. This individual will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming first impression for all visitors and callers, while also actively engaging in sales and providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet all visitors and callers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
2. Handle sales inquiries, provide product/service information, and actively promote company offerings to potential clients.
3. Manage incoming inquiries with a customer relationship management approach
4. Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and close deals.
7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant data in the CRM system.
8. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Prior experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.
