Kimball Farm is looking for Servers, Grillers, Floaters and Bartenders to join our crew! No experience needed with flexible hours and pay as well as the potential to earn tips.

Serving up classic family fun since 1939, Kimball Farm has a big reputation for their Corporate and Private Events department. Hosting events for 45 - 2,500 requires energetic, outgoing, and focused crew members who are willing to create memorable guest experiences for people from all over New England. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others and has strong interpersonal skills. Event Staff employees will be supervised by an event manager who will assign roles such as a server, griller, or floater. In addition to job roles, Event Staff will likely be on their feet for the duration of an event and will need a certain level of energy and enthusiasm to succeed.

No Experience Necessary!

Responsibilities:
-    Setting up necessary tables and equipment for events
-    Being assigned various tasks by the Event Manager
-    Facilitating the proper organization and cleanliness of the event area
-    Upholding any necessary safety precautions
-    Provide a high level of customer service
-    Serving food or drinks to attendees
-    Providing relevant information to event attendees
-    Ensure all safety standards and fire guidelines are followed
-    Ensuring that the event venues are cleaned and organized at all times
-    Addressing any customer questions or complaints
-    Reviewing inventory before and after the event
-    Set up work station based on number of event attendees
-    Perform other event duties as assigned

Requirements:
-    Weekend and night availability
-    Ability to work in a fast paced, high-energy environment
-    Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
-    Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ if applying for Bartender)
-    Authorized to work in the United States
