Job Summary:
Consolidated Sterilizer Systems is a long-standing leader in the manufacturing of laboratory steam sterilizers (autoclaves) for the best universities, biotech, and pharma companies around the world. We are seeking a full-time Water Jet Operator who will perform the following duties.

Duties
Set up and operate a Flow waterjet.
Perform a variety of duties including grinding, deburring, cleaning of parts. Extensive use of overhead cranes to move materials and parts as needed.
Use of measuring tools to set up material to be cut and to check work in progress for conformance to specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of fabrication operations.
Bandsaw cutting operations.

Qualifications
Must have CAD/CAM experience / background (2 years plus) or an educational equivalent with demonstrated ability to operate 2D/3D machinery in a production setting
Experience in the proper operation of overhead cranes.
Experience with band saws, circular saws, sheers, angle grinders a plus.
Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
Must be able read and follow drawings, blueprints, written and verbal instructions.
Knowledgeable with a variety of measuring equipment such as tape measures and dial calipers.
Preference given to individuals with programming experience.
Metal shop experience a plus

Nice To Haves:
Press Break operation / set-up / programming experience.
Metal flattening / forming experience.
Conversational programming and / or CNC Milling / Lathing experience.

** This position will train for 30 days from 7 am-3:30 pm. Daily hours will be from 6 am-2:30 pm with overtime and Saturdays as needed *
