This role will work as part of the Global Operations Finance and Cost Accounting team and provide financial reporting and analysis and support growth opportunities as our business expands. br

bWhat You'll Do: /b
br
br• Prior to Fusion Cloud Release 1 cutover, support the review of migration plan to ensure all steps are identified and interdependencies properly assessed and planned, gaps with resolution, and necessary reconciliation / manual journal entries are identified with defined procedure to execute during cutoverbr
br• During Release 1 cutover, perform required reconciliations impacting inventory, and booking identified manual adjustments requiredbr
br• Post Release 1 migration, take the lead on re-building I/co controls for the different I/co flows post Release I transition: SCFO, Interim Solutions, etc.. Redefine I/co matching standard procedure, build procedures to identify month-end journal entries to fill process gapsbr
br• Post Release 1 transition, support process stabilization by reviewing errors and drive discussions for resolutionbr
br• Support identification and build of new reports to satisfy needs for analytics and financial closebr
br• Drive the completion of Policies and Procedures document for Annual Standard Costbr
br• Support discovery and design effort for next phases of Fusion Cloud projectbr
br• Support any other special projects as identified and assignedbr
brWhat You'll Bringbr
br• BS in Finance or Accounting and at least 8 years or more cost accounting experience, MBA/CPA would be a great plusbr
br• Knowledge of inventory and costing, understanding of Variance Analysisbr
br• Experienced with inventory valuation & provision requirementsbr
br• Experienced in global supply chain legal entity structure and end-to-end supply chain accounting flowsbr
br• Experience in driving global business process transformation / optimization, capable of driving business integration / readiness activities; M&A integration experience a plusbr
br• Solution oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to bring a cross functional team onto the same page for a solutionbr
br• Functions effectively in a cross functional team
