Welcome to Aseda Home Health!

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.

Duties:
-    Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
-    Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
-    Monitor and record vital signs
-    Administer medication reminders
-    Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
-    Assist with medical documentation as needed

Requirements:
-    Experience or certification in senior care or patient care is preferred
-    Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
-    Ability to provide catheter care if required
-    Familiarity with home care practices and protocols
-    Capability to lift and move patients safely
-    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans diligently
