Job Description

Better Grounds Management is looking for Team Members to join their team. This will be a year-round opportunity involving landscaping, fall clean-up, snow removal and resident maintenance.

Position: Team Member- General Labor
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am- 4:00pm (Time may change based on needs)
Pay rate: $18.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Description and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of landscaping and able to operator ground maintenance equipment¿s, power, and hand tools. They must have valid driver¿s license, and reliable transportation. They should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and great customer service.

-    Landscape maintenance
-    Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
-    Weeding and mulching landscape beds
-    Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs
-    Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged plants
-    Planting shrubs and plants
-    Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes
-    Monitoring and maintaining plant health
-     Fall clean-up and snow removal
-    May require performing other tasks required by the manager or supervisor
