Job Description

Job Summary: Conducting assessments of clients suffering from trauma associated with human trafficking, designing treatment plans, evaluating the results for the client and making changes to the plan as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1.    Working intimately with the Catholic Religious Sisters in providing loving care to all residents
       and bringing the love of Christ to all those who live and work, or volunteer, at the O'Connell
       House.
2.    Overseeing implementation of the mission and vision for all program services in partnership
       with the O'Connell House. Must have excellent oral and written skills;
3.    Implementing and complying with policies and procedures adopted by the Board of Directors;
4.    Responsible for the recruiting, vetting and the use of survivor mentors and volunteers
       throughout the program;
5.    Adhering to all federal and state laws and standards pertaining to the operation of the home;
       Addressing areas of non-compliance identified by licensing inspections and complaint
       investigations;
6.    Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments, which, together with screening,
       level of care assessment, and other initial diagnostic interviews and strategies; drive
       treatment planning; Models and supports clients in health and wellness activities and with
       using healthy coping skills;
7.    Together with clients, help to identify needs and develop individualized, strength-based
       treatment plans that reflect client's goals and objectives. Review and update Treatment Plans
       as required;
8.    Providing individual and group therapy; Providing family education and counseling
       (telephone), when appropriate; Crisis intervention
9.    Work with the consulting psychiatrist to ensure that clients? behavioral health needs are
       being addressed; facilitating and integrating the psychiatrist?s recommendations and
       medicinal regimens;
10.  Using a victim centered and trauma-informed approach, works collaboratively with the
       clients and other treatment team members (internal and external) to help support clients in
       their treatment and recovery;
11.    Oversee the medical needs and appointments of residents;
12.    Complete paperwork requirements and maintain quality, up-to-date clinical records;
13.    Participate in all staff development and training as required;
14.    Establishing effective communication between staff and residents and children of residents
       and providing for their input into program planning and operating procedures;

Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree in a social service field, master's level experience highly preferred; Special consideration for licensed mental health professionals able to supervise interns.

Work Experience: Experience in managing a group home for women and/or adolescents. Experience working in sexual or domestic violence, substance abuse and/or human trafficking programs preferred, Emergency/Mental Health/Healthcare management experience highly desired

Qualifications and Skills: The Clinical Program Manager shall meet the following qualifications:
1.    Meet all necessary state licensure requirements
2.    2+ years of clinical experience, working directly with clients
3.    Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen
4.    Solid relationship-building capabilities
5.    A positive and compassionate attitude
6.    Keen attention to detail
7.    Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs
8.    Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within
       the field
9.    Ability to work independently or as part of a team
10.    Familiar with the following therapies:

-    Dialectical Behavior Therapy
-    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
-    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
