Shift Hours
1st Shift - 7:00a - 3:30p, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
2nd shift - 3:15pm - 11:45pm, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
Pay Rates:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience
Daily Activities Include
- Hand assembly of a variety of sub-systems and components.
- Reading, interpreting and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and assembly
instructions.
- Operation of manual hand tools and power tools as required in assembly and validation work.
- Operation of material handling equipment if required.
- Training/certification provided.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and problem solving to diagnose system, sub-system, and
ancillary component issues in the course of the manufacturing process.
- Following all environmental health and safety regulations in the course of work; compliance
with all OSHA standards.
- Maintaining proper housekeeping so as to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Professionally communicating with team members and supervisors.
- Completing manufacturing documentation as required in the course of work.
Requirements:
- One year of experience within a manufacturing assembly position.
- High degree of manual dexterity.
- Comfort/experience operating hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around
manufacturing demand.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Quality focused and detail-oriented.
- Team player with positive communication style.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Education
H.S. diploma or equivalent required; vocational education/training is preferred.
