Job Description

Summary
Acts as the company?s main liaison with its customer base and potential customers. Communicates with customers to determine their needs and provides information, price, delivery, and other details to fulfill those needs. Assists management by driving sales activities with positive outcomes.

Primary responsibilities
1.    Communicate with existing and potential customers via phone and email.
2.    Provide customers with price, delivery, and other specific information on products in accordance with company guidelines.
3.    Write up orders in an accurate and thorough manner for processing.
4.    Work with Purchasing and Operations regarding material and order processing issues.
5.    Work with Sales Management to achieve personal sales metrics and contribute to company sales goals.
6.    Other duties as required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1.    Minimum three (3) years practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
2.    Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer specifications, industry specifications
3.    Ability to build and maintain relationships
4.    Work well in a team and individual environment
5.    Practice good business ethics
6.    Experience with yields and margins a plus
