Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-    Mix ingredients following recipes
-    Weigh materials and convert grams to kilograms
-    Set up and run the mixer
-    Pump mixed materials into color-coded barrels
-    Enter batch codes into the computer
-    Follow safety protocols (wearing safety shoes, gloves, and glasses)
-    Maintain product quality and consistency

Qualifications:
-    High school diploma or GED
-    Experience in mixing, batch processing, or manufacturing
-    Ability to convert grams to kilograms
-    Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-    Must speak, read, and write in English
-    Ability to work occasional weekends
-    Team player with good communication skills
