2. What are eligible Job Postings?
  1. You cannot post a job that requires significant monetary investment by a job seeker.
  2. You cannot charge a fee to job seekers.
  3. You cannot fill a job vacancy that is the result of a labor dispute.
3. Is there an easy way to post multiple jobs?

Multiple jobs can be uploaded through the National Labor Exchange. View our Upload Multiple Jobs Guide for help.

4. How do I close an open job order?

From the My JobQuest page, select the job you would like to close. Under 'Job Order Actions' click 'Close'. You will be prompted with a dropdown menu where you can select the reason for closing the job order before it is closed.

5. How do I copy an existing job order?

From the My JobQuest page, select the job you would like to copy. Under 'Job Order Actions' click 'Copy'. You will be prompted to enter a new close date and the number of openings for the new job order. Once the new job order is created you can edit the details by selecting it from your My JobQuest page. This feature is useful when you want to repost a job order that is in 'Closed' status or you have multiple jobs with similar details.
