Job Description (Posting).
PeopleSoft HR Consultant
Experience in PeopleSoft HRMS Applications v9.1 or higher
Good to have : Peoplesoft NA core Framework and good understanding of Key Payroll tables (Setup and result tables)
Good Understanding of Core HR and Workforce Admin modules
Experience in Self Service process and issues related to that
6-8 years of related experience in ERP application.
6+ years of overall technical experience in development and production support of large applications/systems
4+ years of PeopleSoft experience with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience with PeopleTools 8.53 or above
Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans for application modifications or customizations
Experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, Workflow and Query
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership
Proficient in structured query language (SQL) and troubleshooting data issues
Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills
Willing to work in afternoon shifts IST and going beyond, weekend on call/night support, etc. based on the criticality and business urgency. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
