Description

The Gardner Housing Authority is seeking an experienced Fulltime Maintenance Mechanic to perform routine and diversified work involving repairs to and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Must be a self starter and detail oriented. This work requires basic/intermediate skills found in a variety of trade classifications, such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, janitorial, groundskeeping. Must have a valid driver?s license. Applicants must be computer literate. Job requires lifting of up to 75 lbs. CORI check is required. This position includes paid vacation and sick leave, benefits, and retirement.
