Responsibilities

Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy

Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered

Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness

Establish financial controls and procedures

Requirements

Thorough understanding of spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Custom Reports experience required

Data entry experience

Deep understanding of report generation
