Position: Community Living Support Professional 2 - RELIEF
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 10-25 hours per week
Schedule: varied days, nights, and weekends as needed

Summary: This is an on call relief position. You will work in a small group living environment in Pittsfield serving adults living with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders. You will be a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence, to include accompaniment to activities/appointments and becoming trained to administer medications. Excellent training provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Care. Strict COVID Safety Protocols observed at this location.

Qualifications: High School/GED or HiSET plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Requirements: Demonstrated competencies specific to job position. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in core trainings such as First Aid, CPR, Health & Safety, and Human Rights. Must participate in mandatory trainings. Must be able to lift and transfer consumers with assistance as needed.
