COVID-19 RN (Registered Nurse) - Vaccinator
On-Site position supporting COVID-19 Vaccinations 3 months, possibly longer!
Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available (Min of 20hrs/week required)
Be a fundamental part of helping to end the COVID-19 Pandemic!
COVID-19 RN Vaccinator performs and assists with Company and Statewide vaccination efforts across several locations with potential to expand to other opportunities and affiliated sites within the region and Transformative Healthcare. Number of hours and shifts may fluctuate.

REQUIREMENTS
Active Massachusetts RN License
Must have a valid drivers license
Nursing Graduates to administer vaccinations either independently or under the direction of a medical professional

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Documents all patient care provided in a timely, accurate, and concise manner.
Administers specified medication intermuscular injection, and notes proper documentation.
Prepares vaccination for administration according to manufacturer and Company guideline instruction.
Maintains quality/medication handling standards during preparation, and transport of vaccine.
Maintains awareness of medication storage guidelines, including cold chain considerations.
Communicates any recognized variations in handling and storage procedures to supervisor.
Demonstrates appropriate delegation of tasks and duties in the direction and coordination of health care team members, patient care and department activities.
Demonstrates effective communication methods and skills, utilizing appropriate reporting structures.
Formulates positive working relationships with all health care customers and employees.
