Description

SUMMARY:
APR Towing and Recovery is seeking to fill a full-time permanent OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR in Ware for first shift who will be responsible for providing administrative support to office personnel working closely with all head of departments handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.

DUTIES:
~ Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
~ Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations
~ Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and meeting rooms
~ Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring receivables, and if required, cash handling
~ Maintain general office files related to the company's operations
~ Performing relevant duties as required by the company

REQUIREMENTS:
~ High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred
~ Min. age 18
~ 1 yr. experience in office administration
~ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
~ Must be able to pass CORI check
