Description

SUMMARY:
APR Towing and Recovery is seeking to fill a full-time permanent MECHANIC SUPERVISOR in Ware for first shift who will manage and grow the APR Service Department and handle customer service interactions in the auto repair center, including reports and repairs. This position will provide the highest level of service, develop lasting customer relationships and effectively manage the service team to ensure all required auto and truck repairs are completed in a timely manner and also maintain a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices, company products, policies, and procedures.

DUTIES:
~ Delegate and direct service tasks
~ Monitor the progress of all service projects
~ Manage service team members to ensure the teams objectives and sales goals are met
~ Handle customer complaints/concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
~ Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory
~ Manage and maintain the service desk and evaluate its efficiency
~ Resolve any service desks problems and improve service methods with effective processes and procedures to drive productivity
~ Audit work and customer service experiences to ensure a high standard of offering and ensure efficiency and productivity goals are met
~ Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and main suppliers
~ Provide continuous training to service staff to ensure company policies and procedures are met at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
~ High School Diploma/GED
~ Min. age 21
~ 2-3 yrs. experience
~ Must have strong industry knowledge with excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
~ Must have the ability to work under pressure
~ Must be able to pass CORI check
