Description

General Responsibilities:
This position provides general cleaning of all areas of the property including but not limited to restroom cleaning, emptying trash bins, upkeep of exterior areas, and parking lot.
Sweep, vacuum, and/or wet mop floors and rugs.
Clean accessible windows and door/foyer glass; spot cleaning daily as needed.
Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
Teamwork, Dependability, Adaptability/Flexibility.
Current/Valid Drivers License

SCHEDULE:
This position is typically from starting at 5am to ending at 9am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 11am - 3pm Saturday.
This position may require some additional hours.
