Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the indoor and outdoor upkeep of multiple buildings on the property. This is a hotel environment. All positions are full time, temp to hire opportunities.

Job Duties include, lawn care and snow removal, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing bulbs and fixtures, wall damage repair, repainting, pool sanitation and maintenance, and all other repairs as needed.

Required skills include:
Minimum 6 months building/facilities maintenance
Ability to use hand and power tools
Previous use of outdoor equipment (mowers, chainsaws, snow blowers, etc)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a background check
