Description

18 Degrees, Inc., a Non-profit in Western MA Is where new beginnings come to light and your career could too! Seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to support community, regional, and multi-disciplinary approaches with at-risk or proven risk youth and young adults.
The Specialist will work with community partners, MA Exec. Office of Health and Human Services, local authorities, the Pittsfield and North Adams police department. The effort is to foster client referrals for the Pittsfield Community and West Main Connections Safe and Successful Youth Initiative.

The successful candidate will work within complex systems, engage with program personnel at different levels, be comfortable with public communication and relate to people of diverse backgrounds. Must be able to carry out data collection and clearly explain data. Lived experience & multilingual/multicultural fluency are a plus. We celebrate diversity (EOE).
