Lee, MA: Mon-Fri 8:30a-3:30p 35 hrs/wk

**$250 Sign-On Bonus Eligible for new hires after successful completion of 90-day orientation period**

Key job criteria/responsibilities/standards:
Support and encourage individuals in meeting their rehabilitation goals through the implementation of support strategies in Day Habilitation service plans
Participate in the training of individuals and contribute to the development of new techniques and materials
Support and encourage individuals in meeting their habilitation goals
Provide direct instruction to individuals.
Supervise and interact with individuals lunch periods, breaks and bus times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Maintain accurate and complete records, reports and data necessary to meet the requirements of BCArc and any certifying or regulatory agency.
Patience and understanding in Supporting people with developmental disabilities.
Must effectively communicate with other staff, family members, and Individuals.

Certifications. Licenses, Education Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older.
One year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
First Aid & CPR certification, MAP certification
Valid driver's license.
