Pathlight is looking for compassionate, caring and reliable staff to perform a variety of direct care responsibilities to support individuals with intellectual, behavioral, and developmental disabilities. Are you looking for a job that enables you to grow with it? We have five DSP position levels with increasing responsibility and pay. Essential Job Functions:
Attend appointments and community outings - at no expense to you!
Provide care which may include feeding, dressing, bathing, restroom assistance, support with walking, and lifting.
Administer medications and utilize assistive medical devices.
Implement the ISP/goals of individuals.
Remain fully available to individuals served.
Complete related records, as assigned and applicable.
Provide First Aid/CPR and seek emergency medical care if necessary.
Apply organization policies and procedures.
Participate in housekeeping, laundering and general maintenance.

Job Qualifications:
18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Acceptable driving record
Provide two professional references
Acceptable CORI

New Direct Support Professionals who are hired into hourly full (30+hrs) & part-time (less than 30hrs) positions (between August 3, 2020 and December 25, 2020) may be eligible for the hiring bonus if other requirements are met. First hiring bonuses will be paid out 3 months, 2nd hiring bonus after successful completion of the 6-month adjustment period; and 3rd retention bonus after one full year of employment with successful Performance Appraisal, in line with their seniority date.
