Local company looking for a Full Time National Account Manager in Tewksbury.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a National Account Manager to join our Ecommerce Sales Team. Reporting to the Vice President of Ecommerce Sales, this individual will partner with our Chewy Customer Business Manager and the Ecommerce team to grow our business with this large, strategic customer. This individual will ideally work between our Corporate Headquarters and Boston hub office, and will partner closely with our Innovation, Product Development, and Brand Marketing Teams on a daily basis.

Position Description (Responsibilities):
Partner with our internal Innovation Team to identify insights and drive the delivery of new innovation in addition to developing product exclusives for Chewy
Own our strategy for leveraging insights: test/learn/scale, media, etc.
Streamline and integrate online approach to drive best in class presence
Deliver world class marketing programs, including opportunity development and activation
Ensure we have the right relationships with key decision makers at the customer account, from marketing to merchandising.
Connect our customer initiatives and our internal social media efforts
Own the Salsify relationship from content, messaging and monitoring.
Collaborate with our Brand team to align our business and the customer?s strategies
Drive omni-channel consistency across the Ecommerce and National Accounts Teams
Develops and maintains high visibility with account key decision-makers and decision-influencers to advance business opportunities
Utilizes all information available to determine what?s working and not working using a data-based approach
Communicates crucial market, trade and competitive information on a timely basis
Leverage and/or improve data reporting to enable data- based selling across all key Chewy metrics.
Translate Chewy key metrics to key WellPet metrics to ensure understanding and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Lives the WellPet values and culture, doing whatever it takes for the pets who depend on us

Requirements: This position is ideally suited for an individual who is analytical, detail-oriented, well-organized & acts with a sense of urgency. Our National Account Managers have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong customer focus and are results oriented. This person will need to have proven success in entrepreneurial roles within the fast-moving CPG space.

Other requirements include:
Bachelor?s Degree in relatable field, MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in sales management in the consumer products industry, specifically with fast moving products or consumables
Experience leading business development efforts for eCommerce accounts
A proven track record for growing large, strategic and complex customers
Self-directed, flexible, and able to work independently
Experience to include collaboration with both internal and external business partners
Computer proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to travel between 20% of the time
Collaborative, team player with a ?can-do? attitude.
