Tewksbury company looking for a Full Time Sales Planning Analyst

Position Summary:
The Sales Planning Analyst (Sales Finance) will report to the Sales Planning Manager and will be based out of our Tewksbury Headquarters location. This individual will be responsible for the coordination of price lists across the commercial organization and will also manage monitoring and enforcement of WellPet¿s minimum advertised pricing policy (MAP). Our Sales Planning Analyst will work daily across our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the integrity of our pricing policies. This individual will also work in tandem with the Sales Planning Manager to manage the financial trade spend system and tracking of sales trade spend. Position Description (Responsibilities):
Coordinate the commercial pricing process from start to finish ensuring deliverables are met within the required timing to execute
Lead the circulation of price list changes and customer pricing changes through the executive team
Be the gatekeeper of customer price lists
Monitor pricing across customers to ensure pricing is in compliance with MRP and iMRP
Drive a process in which violations are brought to the attention of the executive team, sales team, and customers themselves
Enforce MAP policy via customer notification
Manage our trade spend system and our sales CRM system
Working in tandem with Sales Planning Manager, track trade spend across sales
Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager to ensure the team is enabled to sell against our key initiatives including sample management, coupon activation, trade show tools, etc.

Bachelor's degree in finance, data analytics, economics, business, marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive results
Strong relationship-building skills
