The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for administering recruitment, orientation, compensation, benefits, leaves of absences, employee relations, the performance evaluation process, and the company human resources related policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will manage one or more Human resources specialists. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required. Candidates must be a US Citizen.
o Administer the employee recruiting process in compliance with federal and state regulations and E.O. 11246, support the preparation of and place employment advertisements in the media, oversee the conduct of initial interviews, arrange ATC management interviews, prepare compensation analyses on job applicants, prepare offer letters and support the hiring of qualified job applicants.
o Develop the Affirmative Action Plan and the compliance analysis and accomplishes the reporting related to fulfilling the state and federal affirmative action and other requirements.
o Administer Company's benefits program, including health, dental and life insurance, personal time off, short term disability and other approved leaves.
o Administer resolution of employee policy non-compliances and workplace concerns,
o Administer the ATC performance evaluation process supporting managers evaluations
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
o Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
o Interpersonal skills.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate,
o Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality,
o Proficiency with or ability to learn HRIS systems
