Job Description
Organization in Hampshire County, MA seeking an executive assistant. This position will work mostly remote but some in-person meetings are required.
Responsibilities:
Type agendas and minutes
Type and make updates to documents and lists
Create tracking documents, reports, surveys
Schedule virtual and in person meetings, updates organizational calendar
Create presentations, newsletters
This position will be handling confidential information. The person hired must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MS Suite, Google Suite, spreadsheets, forms, slides
Bilingual preferred
Self-directed, independent worker
Collaborative, team worker
Social Media: Slack, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Typing speed 60wpm
