LPN (Licensed Paractical Nurse) - Per diem

Golden Years Staffing Agency is seeking compassionate, professional, ethical, and knowledgeable Per Diem LPNs who are interested in joining our amazing team, working in a variety of locations and facilities. It is our mission to staff every open shift at long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, schools, and other healthcare facilities with experienced, professional and compassionate LPNs.

Staffing Nurse job duties include:
Report to facilities/municipalities to perform patient care according to company policy
Direct patient care includes monitoring and recording vital signs, glucose readings, medication and treatment administration, telemetry, clarification of M.D. orders
Provide and direct patient care
Document observations and patient care data effectively
Compliance with facility regulations for patient care and safety
Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients
Demonstrate critical thinking and priority setting in patient care situations
Other duties as assigned

Golden Years Staffing Agency nurses must possess a valid Massachusetts Nursing License in good standing and 1-year experience in acute nursing and/or long-term care. Job classification: Per diem. 5 to 25 hours per week as needed
Pay: $39.00 per hour/weekdays.  $ 40.00 per hour/weekends

Weekly schedule:
    Monday to Friday
    Weekend availability

Experience:
    Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
    BLS Certification (Preferred)
    Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
    Must have a valid Massachusetts LPN license (Required)

Work Location: In person, various sites
