Job Description
Long Term Adjustment Counselor
Coburn Elementary School

Duties:
-Provides individual, group, and class interventions
-Participates in school-based teams such as IST, PBIS
-Teacher consultation
-Participation in IEP meetings, writing goals and progress reports
-504 coordination
-Designs and implements Tiered Supports

Qualifications:
- Bachelor¿s degree from an accredited college or university
- Appropriate Massachusetts Certification (School Adjustment/Social Worker K-12 preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in appropriate skills, such as knowledge of the subject area

Bilingual Preferred
