   **$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)**

About the Position:

Position:  Van Driver - Part Time
Location: Holyoke, MA
Rate of Pay: $17.25
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday; split shift; 7:30am-10:00am and 1:30pm-4:00pm

Summary: Provide van transportation to Viability members with physical and mental disabilities to assist them in getting to work and community activities. Responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Must demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers.

Qualifications:

High School/GED
Must have a valid driver's license for 3 years, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
Pre-employment Physical, drug screening, criminal background and driver history record required.  
Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
