BFAIR has rewarding job openings for House Manager.  Join a premier human service organization and help change the lives of individuals served.   Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of a group home for adults with acquired brain injury.

Duties include:

Responsible for training and supervising staff members
Ensure the home is safe, clean and comfortable at all times
Provide supports to individuals to help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and are giving sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired activities and interested at home and in the community

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older
Valid US driver's license and ready access to a vehicle
High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience with MH/DD
Complete all initial background checks
Complete pre-employment physical/TB test
