RVCC is looking to hire Director for our CBHI Services Program!

Job Responsibilities:
To support all aspects of RVCC's Mission statement & clientele
To lead and manage recruitment, training, evaluation and supervision of the job performance of assigned personnel
To assist in the preparation of the annual budgets for assigned programs and manage the programs and the staff consistent with approved budgetary goals
To assist in the preparation of establishing and achieving goals and objectives for assigned programs consistent with RVCC goals and with advances in the applicable fields of treatment or advocacy
To propose, plan, oversee and develop approaches, services and programs that enhance the services of RVCC and is responsive to the needs of clients within the assigned programs
To cultivate, enhance and maintain interdepartmental staff, affiliated organizations, and community relationships
To identify, collect and report relevant statistical data to reflect the activities of the assigned programs and staff and to ensure compliance with administrative, regulatory and, if applicable, contractual requirements
To develop and maintain proficiency in using RVCC computer systems accurately and effectively
To assist the Assistant Executive Director with operational issues and special projects as assigned
To facilitate monitoring and auditing of processes and operations to ensure compliance with policies; to assist in developing appropriate mechanisms to accomplish same
To assist in developing, refining, revising, and implementing policies and procedures for RVCC and to contribute to QA, QI and UR functions
To develop and implement a training plan for new hires and conduct trainings for new staff their first week of orientation.
To assist with personnel/employee relations matters and partner with Human Resources Department as needed.
To effectively supervise assigned programs and services.
To provide direct clinical services, meeting productivity standards as agreed upon
To analyze and redesign assignments/workflows, as appropriate, to improve policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Education Level - Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work or related health or human services field
Years of Experience - Five years experience in health or human services in CBHI program preferred, at least two years of which were in a supervisory capacity required, Director leadership experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities - Strong leadership skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; crisis intervention skills; organizational skills; attention to detail; computer skills; good customer relations skills; knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
Licensing - LMFT, LMHC, LICSW or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
