J. Polep is one of the leading Wholesale Convenience Store Distribution Companies in New England. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our administration team. This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service admin, preferably someone who has previously worked at a Convenience store or Sales environment.

The successful candidate must have basic knowledge with Microsoft word/excel, Superior Communication and writing skills.

Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face.

Manage customer order entries.
Manage and update client accounts.
Update client databases.
Perform general administration tasks.
Excellent problem solving.
